I ordered Five Guys for delivery and it got here quicker than I expected, like before I even had time to get settled, grab a drink, pick a show, or start wondering where the driver was. The fries were still warm, the burger wasn’t smashed or falling apart, and everything was packed properly. The bag, the fries, the burger, the toppings, the whole thing was just easy and exactly what I wanted. No missing items, no weird delays, no soggy mess. I’d definitely order again.

I’m kind of tired of apps making simple stuff feel like a whole process, so this was a relief. Ordering burgers was quick, easy, and didn’t come with any extra hassle.

I went in for lunch and liked the vibe at first. It had that nice busy energy, the staff seemed relaxed, and the music was decent. I do kind of regret going right when it started filling up though, because it got loud fast and made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. Still a good spot, but I’d probably go at a quieter time next time...

Everything in my order was correct, so I don’t really have any major complaints. The only thing was that they forgot to include extra napkins, which I had asked for. Not a big deal, but still worth mentioning

I have to say, they were seriously great with my allergy order. The staff actually checked the allergens instead of just guessing, which made me feel way more comfortable. I got the fries and felt totally confident they were safe for me. i’d trust them with this again without a doubt.

What I like most about Five Guys is that ordering feels really personal without being complicated. I’m kind of picky with burgers, so being able to choose the toppings I actually want and leave off the ones I don’t makes a big difference.
I also appreciate that they never make the customizations feel like a hassle. If I want extra pickles, grilled onions, a certain sauce, or a bunch of toppings together, it usually shows up just how I pictured it.

It’s not fancy, but that’s the point for me. I keep going back because it feels like I’m getting my version of a burger every single time.

Grabbed Five Guys for takeout the packaging did its job. The fries were still warm when I got home, the burger wasn’t squished, and nothing leaked all over the bag (which is always a win). It’s a small thing, but I really appreciate when takeout makes it home looking like actual food and not a total mess.

Stopped by Five Guys around lunchtime and, i was expecting the line to be a whole thing, but my order came out fast. The staff kept everything moving, so it didn’t feel chaotic or stressful at all. The fries were hot too, which is always a win. not much more to add, just a solid spot when you need something quick and don’t have a ton of time.

It’s right by my work, so it’s super handy for me to stop by. Makes things a lot easier when I need quick visit.

Right from the moment I walked in, the staff seemed really friendly and easy to deal with. They got my order sorted quickly, didn’t make anything feel like a hassle, and overall just made the visit feel smooth and relaxed.

I’ve been to this Five Guys a few times now, and I swear, it’s almost weird how clean they keep it. The tables get wiped down fast, the floors aren’t sticky at all, and the drink station isn’t some disaster zone like you see at a lot of fast food spots. Even when they’re slammed, the staff somehow stays on top of everything. The bathrooms were clean too, which is a huge deal to me. It just feels so much better eating somewhere that actually looks cared for instead of totally forgotten.

The fries were seriously huge, like really huge, and the burger filled me up way faster than I expected. Simple meal, but definitely satisfying...

The payment process was quick and went through without any problems, which I appreciated. That said, it felt basic overall and there wasn’t much that stood out. It got the job done fine, just not anything memorable.

My first impression of ordering through fiveguys.com was good. The site was easy to figure out right away, the menu was clear, and I liked that I could pick all my toppings without any hassle. Checkout was quick too. When I got there, my order was ready on time, everything was correct, and the fries were still hot. Smooth experience overall, I’d definitely use it again.

Every time I order from here the food shows up fresh and hot and the burgers are really good, but the fries might be my favorite part, it’s not some fancy place or anything, just really solid food that’s been good every single time and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal from them...

I was trying to check the calories and allergy info before ordering, and it was just really easy to find on the site. Nothing felt confusing or buried, which I appreciated a lot. It gave me what I needed quickly and I felt good about ordering after that

Five Guys definitely isn’t the cheapest place to grab a burger, but after my most recent visit, I still feel like it’s worth it. The burger tasted really fresh, the fries were overflowing like usual, and I left completely full. I know it costs a bit more than some other spots, but when the portions are that big and the food hits the spot, I don’t really mind paying extra
